Refund and Return Policy

At Rebel Prints, we strive to provide high-quality custom-printed products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- The printed design does not match the approved proof or order specifications.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Errors in the design or text that were approved by the customer.
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer (size charts are provided for reference).
- Slight color variations due to screen differences and printing processes.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at rebelprintsusa@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage.
4. Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the defective product.
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- If a refund or replacement is approved due to a defect or error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer error, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products (e.g., blank apparel or accessories), returns and refunds may be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
7. How to Return a Product
- Contact us at rebelprintsusa@gmail.com to obtain return instructions and approval.
- Pack the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- Ship the item using a trackable method to the address provided in the return instructions.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement without penalty.
- After 1 hour, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.
- If production has already begun, a partial refund may be granted.
9. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
